Because of the icy weather they had a delayed opening my appointment was at 8:00am I got the notice at 7:50 when I was in the parking lot already. I understand the delayed time but this weather had been like this for days they should have made the decision the night before and sent the news earlier. I took off work for the appointment but gave 4 stars because they were able to see me when they did open. I choose mint dentistry because it’s convenient and this was a inconvenience for me today. Made an appointment online for a visit and Mint dentistry got me in the very next day. I had went to another dentist several months back to get an extraction of this same tooth and was told that they wouldn't pull it because it could be saved. I did not go back because I know what I want done. The first thing Mint Dentist ask about the tooth is, if I want an extraction or do I want to save it? Mint dentistry patient for life! Lol! I've been to many dentistry's offices in the past but this location knocks it off the ballpark. The staff including the doctor was friendly, professional, and very prompt with my visit. I scheduled my husband for a later appointment and he came home overjoyed on how well this office took care of him. The scheduling online and the ability to fill out forms on there was very convenient especially now due to COVID. Office was very welcoming and cleaned. I am so please with the customer service of Daisy she is the receptionist at this location very friendly and attentive. They were running a little delay but I didn’t care because this place was so clean and the staff very friendly she d me bottle of water. The female technician who’s name begins with a C but I have gone blank on because I waited too long to review, was wonderful, accommodating and gracious. Dr. Kim or Kem was fast, efficient, and honest. Ferdinanda, the dental assistant, cleaned my teeth fast, gently and efficiently. I do wish that Mint Dental Corp would pay for employees to choose their preferred face coverings, like a visor or special goggles. After all, they are at higher risk being in unmasked people’s faces during pandemic. Private practices had masks and gloves 20 years ago. BOD’s of large chain corporations seem to make their profit at the expense of caring for employees’ welfare. Let’s hope that greed motivation shifts in the future. They do invest in technology- like a cigar shaped video camera, and music apps/video to make client experience better, yet let’s not forget about employees’ welfare in the balance. More

I've been to many dentistry's offices in the past but this location knocks it off the ballpark. The staff including the doctor was friendly, professional, and very prompt with my visit. I scheduled my husband for a later appointment and he came home overjoyed on how well this office took care of him. The scheduling online and the ability to fill out forms on there was very convenient especially now due to COVID. Office was very welcoming and cleaned. I can't wait to take my daughter to her appointment to have her teeth feeling like a million bucks :) More

The office was up to date with technology, the ambiance was calm with nice tunes in the background, and most importantly it was clean. My wife made my appointment and made me go, but i'm glad she did! I was greeted like I was royalty from the moment I walked in the door. Sat down to a massage chair and Netflix on the big flat screen in my room. Ashley did my cleaning, and she was amazing!!!
